    • 10% interest as part of “earn and learn” (learn from us on real projects)

    • 11% interest on a 1st charge

    • 12% interest on a 2nd charge

    • 14% interest against Corporate and Personal Guarantees

    Interest is typically paid annually, at the end of loan term.

    • Creating loan agreement

    • Appointing solicitors (you can use your own if preferred)

    • Finding, securing, designing, planning, developing and refinancing an asset

    • Answering all your questions and sending over quarterly updates

    • All legal cost on us
