Maggie Deryng

Founder

I handle the finances—taxes, accountancy, compliance—basically, all the things that keep us out of trouble. With 15 years of experience managing corporate finances, I like numbers more than most people.

I also help out with interior design and occasionally remind Mac of everything he’s done wrong. With a baby in one hand and a spreadsheet in the other, I’m always finding ways to stay involved (even if work mostly happens between naps and snack breaks).

Mac Deryng

Founder

Hi, I’m Mac. I help property entrepreneurs build long-term wealth and support investors in securing strong, asset-backed returns.

Before launching ZEN Properties, I spent two decades in Wi-Fi networking and marketing. I love stacking up deals, developing and systemising projects, and maximising the value of every asset we create. I also bring a passion for interior design and real-estate photography to every project we deliver.

My priority? Build a business that fits around my family and my lifestyle — and I help others do the same.
